Refund policy

HORST Dreidel Returns:
HORST Dreidels can only be returned if there are imperfections on the dreidel itself. Returns do not cover normal wear or user errors, such as issues with spinning technique. If you are having trouble spinning the dreidel, please review the product page for helpful instructional videos and tips.

Cross Spike Returns:
HORST Cross Spikes can only be returned if there are imperfections on the spikes themselves. Returns do not cover normal wear or user errors, such as not being tight enough in the shoe. Please ensure you are confirming that the spike will fit the dimensions of your shoe prior to purchase. Standard thread size is M5 x .8

Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of returned items and verification that they meet return criteria. All returns must be accompanied by the original order number and must be unused (e.g., in original packaging, with tags intact) to be accepted and processed.
Returns outside of the 30-day return period will not be accepted.
To process a return, send an email to spikes@horstengineering.com with your order number and include your reason for returning the item. Be sure to provide detailed information about any specific issues or defects the item may have. Once submitted, our customer service department will process your return merchandise authorization request promptly and provide instructions for the next steps.

Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In certain cases, a prepaid return label may be provided. Please contact our customer service team to determine if you qualify for this option.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, send an email to spikes@horstengineering.com with your order number and include your reason for exchanging the item. Be sure to provide detailed information about any specific issues or defects the item may have. Once submitted, our customer service department will provide instructions for the next steps.

Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are also non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
